"Revolutionary Dynasty Mode"

I've read about an alleged revolutionary dynasty and recruiting mode this year and it has me excited since that's all I play is dynasty. However, I got to thinking, what exactly could it be? I'm all for additions to dynasty mode, but I just don't know what I would add that make it "revolutionary". Anyone have any ideas? Recruiting ideas?

Yeah, I know, but it's the third and I'm just curious. I was at a barbeque with a couple friends I play a dynasty with every year and it re-ignited the fire I have for NCAA.

"Revolutionary" is such a loaded word, and they may come to regret using it seeing as how our expectations are now going to be through the roof.

I few things that I have thought about(though not really revolutionary)are :

Assistant coaches who actually have to recruit, teach, and scout for you.

Going along with that the ability to actually watch a few of your recruits play in their high school or post high school all star games.

AD mode elements like upgrading facilities, hiring training staffs, scheduling home & home contracts with teams in future years.

Letting you as a coach get a vote in the weekly coaches poll.

A closed dynasty mode copied from the closed legacy mode of CHOOPS

Now basically all of these things have been in other games, but taken together they could constitute a "revolutionary" change for this title.

You start off your career at a crappy school and try to work your way up the coaching ranks. In the offseason you can receive contract offers from other schools much like you can in NCAA already.

I'd love to see something like us going to local combines like the Nike combine or Scout combine and scouting how they face against other recruits, and also actually talking face to face with the recruits and picking the questions that you'd like to ask. That may be WAY too hard to do though.
