No we wont. The next update isnt scheduled until Nov. and FK's new 360 isnt tagged. The only reason his was tagged was someone put his rosters (and others) on 360gamesaves.com.

People on the site 360gamesaves.com were trading achievements and XBLA games illegally. MS downloaded every game save found on the site and blacklisted every person who uploaded (not downloaded) a save. MS took a bad approach to preventing achievement cheats.

Read somewhere that M$ was concerned about inflated gamertag player ratings. Not really sure how it works, but I'm guessing people could bump their gamertag rating by swapping a game save onto their HD and getting credit for the accomplishments without ever putting the game in the machine.
