Names will not show up online again on Xbox 360!!

I kinda agree. YES, they SHOULD be in, but so should in-game saves or Create-A-Team or D 1-AA schools. It's not that big of a deal.

This is a big issue if you play online a majority of the time like some people do. When someone like FK or anyone else puts in all the time to name all of the players in the game and then when they play online all they have is #10, it sucks.

But wasn't the point of them doing rosters was to help with dynasty mode? I'd much rather have rosters for dynasty than online play against people that will abuse the game and make it unplayable online.

The thread title was pretty clear.

If this isn't a big deal, I don't know why you'd take the time to come in this thread and post.

I think it's pretty dissapointing. It was in last gen, and while I don't know much about making games, it doesn't seem like it would be that hard a thing to do.

I only release rosters for me to play online games. That has always been the purpose of me releasing rosters as an alternative to every other roster editor that created players and updated player ratings from the initial launch.

I have always released version 1.0 with just the default rosters named because playing with rosters on XBox Live! only permitted the use of "named rosters" NOT altered ratings or created players.

I do not play dynasty and enjoy the chess-match of playing games online. For NCAA '05 & NCAA '06 I probably played 99% of my games online. Last year because NCAA '07 did not have "real" rosters for online games I probably played 95% of my games online and 5% in dynasty or exhibition.

THIS is a huge deal to me and to other gamers that play exclusively online and enjoy playing in online leagues.


And to say... well, just learn the names of your players. That is extremely difficult when you play with almost every team on the game during online games. I'm sorry. I don't just use Ohio State, Florida or West Virginia.

This week alone I've used Wyoming, Navy, Air Force, Oregon State, Arizona State, Rutgers, Georgia Tech, Hawaii and Louisville online.

Finally, for anyone that says this isn't a big deal. Get over it. I'm sorry. I can't get over the fact that current gen gamers will continue to be able to use rosters online while the next gen participants are ignored yet again.

This does suck. I always loved putting in all of Alabama's players names manually and then having them show up online. It's not gonna keep me from playing cuz I know all the numbers anyways but it still will keep me from FULLY enjoying the game

I can feel what you are saying because while I would like to have the names I really could care less about them because they won't do anything for my enjoyment of the game...But for the guys who need and want that it sucks.

So maybe put yourself in their shoes...Think f something thats really important to you...then imagine t not being in the game
