It is true, I saw it too. But I don't have a link or anything, I do definitely recall seeing it though.

I wouldnt like that. I'd much rather have a RB, WR or QB be an IP.

Also, Andre Smith, #71 Alabama is a STUD and only a sophomore.

Well if you like to run the ball and he's clearing holes it sure could be real nice. Now if he never does anything but block like any other linemen than I agree it would be a waste of an impact player.

Well if EA were to just go ahead and get rid of "impact players" altogether, it wouldn't break my heart. Kinda irks me when an 83 rated runningback from SMU shuffles down the sideline for a TD after breaking through my defense of all 5 star studs because he was in the "zone". Something more accurate would have been the Poinsettia Bowl. TCU owned Garrett Wolfe.

They should just give out impact rankings to deserving players and not require 3 total and at least 1 on each side of the ball. Calvin Johnson should have been the only GA Tech impact last year. OSU should have had at least 4 impact players. Sam Houston State should have had none. UCLA should have only had impact players on defense. etc....

I don't think that they should have impact players at all. When the player starts breaking tackles left and right against a better team it just because they are in the zone, it seems overdone. Naturally the better players on the team will stand out because they have better ratings than those around them. Just seems like overkill to me to put on an artificial boost to the already top players on the team.

hey don't talk with your mouth full smart guy, KaMichael Hall (LB) was in impact for Tech and well deserving.

I know u were just using us as an example but i just couldnt help myself.

btw, u are right, they shouldn't just require 3 for all teams, it hurts the quality of the real impact players.
