Contract Offers?

Hi, I never played 07 on 360 so I was wondering if in the 360 version of 08, in Dynasty, will other schools offer you contracts at the end of year if you performed well?

Also, to anyone who imported draft classes last year on 360, how was the rating conversion? I know on regular xbox, the imported rookies would be way too good in madden. Thanks.

contracts will be the same as they have in every NCAA football game. at least from what i have seen, thats how they were in 07 for 360
