just played this cat xbl and he ran the damn option on every play, i found some defenses that "slow it down" but i can't stop the damn thing for the life of me, any suggested plays from anybody

What team was he using? I would suggest not playing random dudes on Live, most are just looking for ways to cheese a win.

a 4-4, with QB spy with a safety (and safties out), and CB press would safer unless he'll never pass. Would be a good idea to play with a team with quick back 7.

I like the 4-4 monster blitz. I spread my lbs and dlinemen wide. I take the left mlb. I stay at home for the quick hitter up the middle and then assist around the end if it's a fake.
