Best R stick (highlight) move when running the ball

I have run into some really good players online who seem to break a lot of tackles and I am wondering if anyone has noticed if it is better to use the R stick for this ( and in what direction) or are people finding the stiff arm and spin buttons more effective

usually why they break more tackles is becuz they are using the highlight move on the R joystick. If you push up on the stick right before someone tackles you, you will break the tackle or make a move.

For me it all depends on the runner I have, what position is about to tackle me, and the angle.

Could you elaborate on which way you push in specific instances

If I have a power back I usually on press the right stick up to make him run over the defender.

If you have a pretty elusive RB or QB and need to make a quick juke to the left or right, you can push the right stick left or right. If it's just you and a defender and you have a elusive RB or QB,you can press the right stick up and let the computer decide what to do, which will usually involve juking or jumping over the denfeder.

I find those left and right jukes to be pretty useless in the open field. I mean maybe it's just the difficulty or sliders im using, but what usually happens is i juke left or right but then get sucked back into the place i was originally and tackled. I only use them around the offensive line now because of that.
