How do you switch your team in dynasty during the offseason?

I took Notre Dame to the National Championship in my dynasty mode, and now I'm going to transfer to a lower quality school and try to build them up. Unless I'm missing something, how do you do this during the offseason? From what I saw, you're offered positions right after the NC game, but it was either an extension, or go to a high caliber school. You then go to the offseason menu, where I can't find any way to switch a school.

Go to coach profile, quit your job and then select the "Find job" option. Most schools should be available to you since you won the NC.
