i'd like to use fast sim to simulate games other than mine, instead of using the sim game options on the schedule screen. I made a try with Boise state vs FCS Northwest and the score was 110-14! with 1000 yards almost. So maybe I should lower quarter minutes for fastsimmed games. How much wolud you suggest?

Go 4 or 5 minutes. Whatever gets you between 115-130 plays is appropriate since that what the games usually sim at if you don't SuperSim.

Agreed. 4 or 5 minutes is what you're looking for.

what am i supposed to do about the crazy stats?

Unofortunately there isn't anything you can do. It's a poorly implemented feature.
