If I had a CD ripped onto my ps3 will that be able to play ncaa soundtracks? Is it in MP3 format? How could i convert it to mp3 ?

You can use Windows Media Player to rip a CD to MP3.

we have the option to play music at the kickoff, but I wonder if it plays before you kick and fades as the kicker approaches or plays after the ball is kicked? Hopefully after it's kicked.

it will fade out as the kicker kicks the ball.

Just as it should. Music never plays after kickoff in real college football.

Yes it does. The band plays during the return at OU.
