Re: Ncaa Football 2004

I agree that the older games had more features:

1.) Where are the classic teams? I miss not being able to play as the All-Time or year specific teams for my favorite college.

2.) College Classics were great. I loved being able to replay crucial moments in classic games.

Mascot games are back, but they were my least favorite. Year after year I get disapointed that my classic teams and classic games are left out. Is it really that hard to add? EA already has the rosters from the Xbox and PS2 games! Just update them and associate to the damn teams!

So true, I was going through getting rivalry trophies on 360 before I got the Red Rings and I got used to the slowdown, but it still sucked.

I went out to my good ol' neighborhood gaming store and asked if they had 04 for the ps2. They went back and came out with handfuls. Only 3 bucks.

I think I'm going to go get 03 too. That was only 2 bucks.

04 actually played a pretty good game.

Re: Ncaa Football 2004

07 for the regular Xbox seems to sneak under people's radar. I think I would have played it more than 04, on which I logged over 200 games (if I recall correctly), had my Xbox not died.

06 had a superman DB's and LB's who jumped 8 feet in the air to swat passes away. I still played it a decent bit.

05 was terrible. Passing game was virtually non-existent. The only time I had fun with this game was playing with a running team and running the ball close to 60 times per game.

04 was great. Like I said, I played over 200 games, I think. I was still pretty young at the time though, so I didn't really notice that I was taking advantage of the game at times.

03 I couldn't get to play on my machine, so I returned it for NFL2K3.
