What is Reesing's rating? He should be higher than Harrell. Harrell is a product of the system and got a 96 rating? Bradford had the highest pass efficency rating last year, he deserves his props. I won't mention the guy from Missouri but he's the 6th or 12th best QB in the league so i don't think he needs to be as high as he is which i'm sure is pretty high.

Reesing had a heck of a year last year and should be a 94 or so. He played his system perfectly.
