I'm not touching the "career" mode because I want to go more than 4 years and I like recruiting, calling plays. Dynasty is why I get that game.

Race for heisman pros/cons

PROS
fun creating yourself (or someone else)
high school feature on next gen

Cons
No night games
tedious
awkward/horrible camera angles

The dynasty is just so many leaps and bounds better simply because there is so much re-playability to it.

Race for the Heisman IMO was better in 07 on last gen. I don't know why, but I thoroughly enjoyed it then. Maybe it was because grades actually mattered and there were no messed up camera angles, but it was fun to go 4 yrs and then become a coach in dynasty.

Re: Dynasty vs. Career/race for heisman

In the past what I'd do is play Race for the Heisman/Campus Legend first until my player graduated and/or entered the draft, then I'd start my Dynasty and play that for the remainder of my experience with the game.

'09 may be my first exception since '06 as I'm considering just playing a traditional season with the Wolverines in order to start getting accustomed to the Spread Option before the online dynasty starts.

To be honest, Campus Legend seemed like a great concept, but I was honestly pretty sick of it by the middle of my sophomore year. I got kinda sick of practicing, but mostly, the CPU playcalling made me wanna .

I prefer career because I like controlling one guy but if they haven't fixed the cpu play calling then I won't be touching that mode.
