So I have read that the rosters may only be available for Gold users. No one has said for sure so i was wondering if anyone knew?

To me, it would see counter-intuitive for them to do that with the whole free thing being pushed so hard, but even if it is only for gold, the rosters are worth a whole $8.

i don't thinks it EA fault, more of a MS thing.

i believe you have to be gold to access EA severs and to use the EA locker, you have to got through EA server. silver membet don't get access to online parts of games(i may be wrong but i believe thats how it is). MS sometimes weekends where silver member can get gold member access for the weekend.

and i don't see how it would make the rosters cost $8.

U should be able to.....I only have Silver and I was able to get into 2k Share for Basketball...but then again it may be different with Football.

I still have 60-70 days worth of 48 hr XBL gold codes from a Tropicana promotion. Probably gonna use them for initial roster and then each time dkrause releases an update.

I meant if I had to buy a month of Gold, which is $8 I believe.

You can download the rosters off this site if you have an X-Change kit. If not then, yeah, it might be a little cheaper just to get a one month gold membership.
