I've heard this and want to know if this is PS3 and 360.

From my personal experience, you can download pastapadre's roster and use it in dynasty on the 360 as long as you don't make any edits to the ratings or equipment. I created one player and it still worked. I tried a second player and the game constantly froze.

I've used them since I got the game earlier today and I've created 4 players so far and done a campus legend. No lockups.

Have you tried dynasty with your created players yet? I'm just curious. I haven't tried campus legend mode yet. I might just use my created players in that mode.

Did you use padre's rosters? Were you able to change the equipment and what not?
