That is true- even in the teams are disappearing thread he mentioned this:

Quoting FK
I have uploaded a video to YouTUBE confirming that teams are now disappearing. FYI, I had started my rosters from scratch and after 13 teams the game began to crash. After an exchange of messages with pastapadre he convinced me to use his roster file for the base. The plan was to make his roster file as accurate as possible because it was already completed. After editing Air Force - Clemson I decided to check things out because I had been stories of teams disappearing, etc

could it be because files on his 360 were already contaminated? i wonder if he deleted all the 09 files before starting from scratch.

Not sure what or if this helps, but I put in the entire Michigan roster as well as 100 or so "high-end" players from various teams and haven't had any issues.

PS3, not connected to the net, for what that's worth.

Typical response from an EA employee always saying the customers' concerns are overblown reactions.

Very few people take the time CDJ, Fairdale, etc.... take to edit an entire roster set. You asking (and waiting a whole 2 hours before your lame attempt at spin) if anyone else is having problems editing rosters would be the equivalent of asking if anyone had a million dollars you can borrow.

How about instead of "spin" you work on actually fixing the problem?

clw, you can't fix a problem without troubleshooting the exact issue that's causing it. Give them a break. I think it's very admirable they had guys in on a Sunday attempting to squash a bug that has no clear cause - just a lot of rumor and innuendo.

This also goes back to the - "when are we going to have a patch?! They better have one by Tuesday or else I'm going to jump off a bridge!" How can they release a patch when they cannot verify where and when the bug occurs? Would you rather have them rush a patch out that takes care of half the problem or take their time and fix it once and for all?

Sorry, for clouding up your thread, OMT.

I would try talking to 21SEC over at ncaastrategies. I know he started a file from scratch and then quit working on it, so it may have happened to him as well. Also, as someone else said, FK did start his file from scratch when it happened. So maybe the problem is a little bit more widespread than what you guys are thinking.
