Help ASAP on PS3 USB Rosters!

I tried getting your roster on my flash drive but it didnt work tell me what I did wrong:
PS3>SAVEDATA>file(s)

Saved to my flash drive....start the game...go to My Settings in-game and click on Load/Save....There is nothing there

What do I do?

b4 you start teh game you have to get the file off ure flash drive ...instead of goin to game and starting your flash drive will have an icon above the game and you have to copy it from the flash drive to the PS3 HDD
