Problems with importing stadium sounds for ps3? Please someone help!

Okay so I know the drill you take the mp3 files and send then to a flashdrive and then load then onto your ps3..Right?? How come when i go to click on my save data utility no mp3's are showing up it says no data? I also tried this with my ipod which had a lot of music on it and still nothing works???????What in the world is going on... Can I just use a cd instead..... I seem to be the only one having this problem.. Are you supposed to put the mp3 files in a folder?
