Best Running Playbook?

I'm working with USU and the halfback manages to be about the best player on the team so I was wondering what is the best running playbook in the game.

If you have a good FB as well, I might suggest running Air Force's option attack. I used this in 08. however, I'm not sure if they updated AF's playbook after the coaching change.

Try one of the stock playbooks (west coast, etc) instead of a team playbook.

Re: Best Running Playbook?

option is pretty much the best IMO... try WVU. I get big yards by running from the shotgun. Option or not it does a good job of spreading the field out and giving you a chance at one on ones in the open field. After some solid recruiting I was able to run for over 200 yards a game with my HB out of Oregons Shotgun "only" playbook. The LBs and DEs are so slow in this years game that going outside is tecmo bowl easy.
