Is there such thing as pass defense?

I feel like there is zero pass defense in the game. My QB completes 75-80% every game and when I play again friends (much more challenging than CPU), I can't defend the pass to save my life. I actually used Dime and Quarter packages all the way down the field knowing he wouldn't run against me and could not defend. The DBs are always out of place or looking to make a tackle rather than defend the pass. Also, I hardly see WRs drop the ball when taking a "user big hit". Any help to beef up the pass D?

Make plays yourself and dont rely on the cpu to make the play for you.

play more man coverage. to be honest i play stay in man nickle coverage even on regular downs just because the cb can cover the rb better than the lbs.

impossible to do with corners that you can't even see on the screen

example:
i'm playing cover 2, the corner is supposed to sit under the WR's route
he does
but
for some reason he's looking off into the god damn stands instead of watching the QB
and the QB completes a pass to his man (who's standing right next to him) all because he's looking off into the stands
wtf
and you can't do anything about it because Robo QB makes the fastest, most accurate reads ever, especially if you get pressure on him
defense is a joke
i sure am glad i can celebrate with my mascot tho =)
