Re: Momentum

I'm not sure if there is momentum in this game or not. If its there, its very subtle. I've come from behind as has the cpu on me. I have no issues with this.

Re: Momentum

There is definitely momentum in the game. You can see it.

The Blue/Grey/Yellow/Red/Flashing Red circles underneath your players when you look at the levels.

Flashing red players gain extra ratings. Impact players increase the level of all your other players.

If your entire defense or entire offense has red circles. They will dominate.

If you throw and intercept, fumble and some other dumb stuff, you will get dominated

Re: Momentum

I can see momentum big time with the QBs both CPU and mine. If I can rattle the CPU QB early the game is typically over early. If I mess up and throw a pick early the game can get messy and to the point where I am scared to throw into any sort of 1 on 1 coverage. I don't think its over done but the INTs are still way too excessive for my taste.

I have only played 1 game in the snow and there were 5 fumbles. Don't know if that was because of snow or just random luck that it timed up with the snow but I wasn't a big fan of that either.

Re: Momentum

Yeah I can attest to the interception (when it rains it pours). My last game against UCF I threw 4 interceptions in the game, 2 of them were tipped but my QB was really rattled. I was afraid to throw anything after that.

Re: Momentum

I will say I have seen the QB INT snowball effect. Once you get the cpu QB throwing a couple, they seem to end up with 4 or 5.
