Substitution Bug is STILL in the game. FIX THIS.

How many years is this gonna be in here?

If you go in and choose Mass Subs in a game, OR...if you get some starters hurt, etc. The game will not put in your backup WRs at WR..it will put in DBs.

The game will not put in backup DBs for DBs..it will put in WRs.

Since EA only gives us the limited option of setting our first 6 WRs or first 6 DBs...there is no way to stop this.

Big freaking pain in the butt, especially considering I have 9 WRs on my roster and 8 DBs.

This bug has been in NCAA going back to 2004.

Seriously....fix this.

I hear ya. It is irritating do to the work around. But the game probably goes by ratings too, so if your backup WR is better at CB than your backup CB, it will put him in instead.

I'm with you AA...personally, I think it should have spots for EVERY player at that particular position, at worst....

Example: If you have 11 WRs (god forbid you dont redshirt some of them....), it should be 11 spots....

But on the flip side...the DC does have every player listed on the bottom, right?

The fact that this particular bug has been in this game for years and years and hasn't been addressed speaks volumes about the current game testing system EA has.

In my FIU dynasty, I would do mass subs for offense and defense 4 or 5 games a season. No one on my team ever got hurt for more than a couple quarters so I always had the entire roster available. But when I'd put in the second string, 50% of the time, my backup quarterback would be at free safety. There's no way on earth he was the 10th best option for that position, much less the second. He was like a 68 overall at his natural position, quarterback!

How annoying and incredibly stupid.

If they could just have a couple people assigned to fix these little, stupid problems....and those people came to the board and asked us what they should fix.....this game would be infinitely better

Either that or the incompetency of the people making the game because I wouldn't really call anything that goes on there "testing".
