Rushing averages and pass completion percentages

Does 4 ypc rushing avg and pass completion percentages from 60% - 70% seem about right as far as what I should be trying to achieve with my sliders to achieve realistic stats?

I realize those numbers will go up or down depending on the two teams that are playing in any given game if you have two equal opponents as compared to good vs bad team, I am just looking for general averages I should be shooting for when for me and the cpu in my offline Dynasty games.

Re: Rushing averages and pass completion percentages

Last year the actual NCAA Team averages for all D1 were:

Pass Comp% - 58.98% with about 41 teams at 60 or above
YPC - 4.15

Individual averages (for the top 100)

Pass Comp% - 60.95% (with 4 at 70 or above)
YPC - 5.24 (with 16 at 6.0 or above)

I compiled these from http://web1.ncaa.org/d1mfb/natlRank....div=4&site=org

good find on the website.

I always try to look at team avg and game avg to see if my sliders are close.

Thanks. I do the same and with the exception of total rushing yards (always comes out much too low) have actually been surprised at how close the sim engine is to the actual stats from last year.

Re: Rushing averages and pass completion percentages

Yup, I like to look at the individual RB numbers myself more than the team rushing stats. People should definitely expect the typical back in college to average a little over 5 yards a pop.
