Is it possible to assign players to certain formations. Such as having your big power HB in the "Goal-line" formation and having your speedster assigned to the "Ace"?
I thought about this when I wanted to put my speedy freshman WR on kick returns. Help!

those are the formation subs that everyone wanted...

It's not as good as formation subs, but packages should be able to give you most of what you want.

You can change kick returners on your depth chart.
