Online Dynasty Job Offers?

I was wondering if you could receive job offers from other teams at the end of the season in online dynasty's? Also, can your school move conferences?

Unfortunately these items are not in online dynasties...work around is to take offline, get your invites for jobs and conferences then bring back online...hope this helps.

At what point in the season would I have to convert it to offline? Right after the bowl games? Then do I just assign the users in my dynasty to the new teams they want, and make it a new online dynasty? (having them select those new teams?)

I'd do it after the bowl games but before you proceed to offseason. Then you just convert it back to online (its in the offline dynasty menu) and assign the people to their appropriate teams.

So the only other question is that when I make my dynasty an offline one, does the cpu recognize that any of the teams controlled by other guys are still "USER" teams? or just my team will be human team.
