I have been burned a few times with an onside kick that travels 5 yards and the kick team recovers with no penalty called. What is up with this? It really screwed me recently in the SEC championship game in my online dynasty and I am pissed!! How hard can it be to set the AI to call a freaking penalty if the ball doesn't travel at least 10 yards??? Geeezzz...

it's always flagged when either I or the CPU onside kicks and it doesn't go 10 yards.

(also against another user)

Yeah, I've always gotten this penalty until just recently when I remembered about the 10-yard rule.

I dunno why a penalty wasn't called but it really screwed me and lead up to me losing the game. VERY frustrating!

I dont think i have ever recovered a onside kick without a penalty.

I've gotton some onside kicks when it went past 10 yards but if i recover anything under that i get flagged all the time
