This game just kicked me in the nuts!

I am in year 2013 of my FSU dynasty. I am recruiting #2 RB Chris Smith out of North Dakita, He commits to me before I play the weak 4-6 Florida Gators. I am thrashing the Gators 31-7 at half time when the game freezes on me. I restart it, sim the same week in recruiting and the kid committed to Florida without them even offering him a scholarship.

This is why I save before games. Every time you are done with your recruiting/Custom Audibles save the game right before you're game.

To, um, paraphrase a Chicago politician, "Save early, save often." I always do my recruiting after playing a game. What I mean is that before week 1's game, I'll have already done week 1's recruiting and have saved. I'll probably not play week 1's game right after that (as I have just gotten through all the off-season stuff). I'll play the game, save, simulate the rest of the week, save, do the next week's recruiting, save, and turn the game off.
