Help cant connect to humans onlive?

Ok guys i have no idea what has happened. 3 Days ago we could play onlive against anyone. Now i cant connect to anyone. It will let me ready up but when they do it boots them and says game not available. I do use a router but 3 days ago it didnt matter can anyone help me?
Can someone tell me where i find my ip address? Also when i run my test connection the NAT says open. Doesnt it have to be 1 or 2? How do i change this?

Quick question for you, when your router was working a couple days ago, were you using port forwarding on your router or have your Xbox in a DMZ? As for finding your IP address, if you are referring to your Xbox, you have to manually set it for the Xbox. Sometimes even if your NAT says open, it could be the NAT or something else on your opponent's end that's not allowing them to fully access you as well.

There are a couple ways you can go about setting up and making sure you're in the clear. Let me know your setup (PM me if you'd prefer that) and equipment; router brand, version no. etc., and we'll see if we can't get you working again!
