We are in around our 10th season or so and all of a sudden when we advance the week one of our people gets left behind in the previous week and can't recruit. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to prevent this from happening? There are only 3 people in our dynasty and the same person gets left behind each time.

Have him go to his xbox dashboard, then go to his memory, then to NCAA 09, then go to the online dynasty name and delete it from his xbox. Then start up the game, go back to online dynasty, and reload it from the server, just like you normally do. It should fix the problem.
