Sorry - this is not NCAA09 specific ...

The "X" button on my xbox360 controller has been flashing a lot recently. The NorthEast and SouthWest lights flash together and then the NorthWest and SouthEast lights flash together.

What is the deal with this?

My battery power is 2 bars or 3 bars (out of 4 bars).

Help?

normally it flashes like that when battery power starts to get low, to remind you that you will need to replace/recharge them soon.

I'd rather have the flashing lights on my controller than I what I have right now...xbox was fine monday night. turn it on last night and I see nothing...all the lights are green, but no video.

called xbox, they want me to send in my unit because they think the video processor is shot. If it is, how do I go about making sure that doesn't happen again? The unit never got hot, and is in a well ventilated area.

I am on my third 360 in about a year and a half. First one the dirt bag Gamestop employ gave me a used system when I wanted a new system. The 360 failed after the first night of play. The second had one red ring and was explained it was a hardware failure. $49.99 for the warranty was a great investment.
