QB Choice and Zone Read Plays???

How do you run those plays? Do you hold the button to give to the back or do you tap it when he's near the QB? I've only attempted to run it once and the back ended up standing there once he got the ball.

I ask because I let Corso call all of my plays and I attempt to 'execute what the coaches call' so as the even the playcalling playing field between myself and the cpu. I also only control the QB, K and P which is why I mentioned the back just standing there.

If it is that you MUST control the back on these plays then I'll just have to let the cpu control my QB in those situations.

For clarification: X on PS3, A on XBOX360. The QB will NOT give the ball to the running back on his own.

yeah, you gotta hit the x button or a depending to give it to him, but I wouldn't bother running that against the CPU really, they never seem to let it go anywhere...I always see 7 in the box when I do that, and they always call the right D. Unless you break a tackle, that's not gonna work, works ok enough on humans

Yeah, the zone read play doesn't work well at all; I NEVER call it.

And if you hand it off to the HB you have to control him since you pressed a button.

Well, when coach calls one of those then I'll just let the QB get whatever yards he can.
