First of all, why aren't coaches in the game? They should, at least, be editable. There should be coaching profiles with assistants and your coordinators whom you chose to hire in the off-season.

If any of you has ever played Choops, they do a great job of simulating real live coaching carousels. Your assistants have ratings of Scouting, Charisma, Gameplanning, etc. If they get hired somewhere else they will also take your coaching philosophy with them. NCAA needs to do something like this. It would add another element to the dynasties for sure.

Coaches should also recruit to their system, as well. They need about 5-10 ratings for coaches like Game planning, Charisma, Scouting, Adjusting, Offense, Defense, Mentoring, Motivating, etc with a whole profile for each coach on what system they run. They should have this for coordinators and assistants too.

Anyone else agree?

I agree. It would add to the depth of Dynasty mode. Anything that adds depth to Dynasty mode I am for.

I am sure EA has heard this topic many times but i'll just add to make the coaches file outside the roster file if they ever add this step.

There is really no excuse though. College Hoops must have over 500 coaches in their database with their own ratings and profiles. EA can't do this? It would add so much more to dynasty mode.

BTW nice work with the rosters.

Thats right and discipline that needs 2 be a stat for coaches

i agree 100%. my thoughts exactly, i was just 2 lazy to type all of that info. coaches get fired, rehired, or retire. bowden & joe pa arent gonna be around forever.

Another thing I dont mind having 2 name the coaches myself but you should be able 2 name them and save it so every time you start a dynasty you dont have 2 keep renameing them! If i can name or rename the players and save it why not the coaches? And we should be able 2 edit they so if a coach gets fired we can change more than just there name and face!
