Can anyone help me with creating prospects in online dynasties?

Is it possible and if it is, what screen do you do it at and during which part of the season?

that is not possible in online dynasty. you can save online dynasty...do everything offline then re-invite everyone. you lose coach prestige or something though (small price to pay for the features you miss out on in OD)

So, for example, I am in the beginning of the 2nd season of my OD. At the end of the year, convert it to an offline dynasty, create the prospects, and then upload them into the online dynasty? or create a new online dynasty?

right before you switch from post-season to pre-season. save your OD as an offline dynasty. go in there. do everything you need to do save your new (offline clone) dynasty. next, retire your online dynasty. then when you go to create a new online dynasty select "use existing dynasty" or whatever it is called.
