QB Progressions! the best feature they can add and the easy one too!

I have been saying this the moment I saw Procedural Awareness. Qb progressions is such a simple feature to add and yet it captures sim prefectly.
  • A Qb must see his targets before he throws.
  • No human being alive can see the entire field.
  • This is what real Qb's do after the snap they have a primary Wr and if he's not open they scan the field looking for one thats open.
  • Not having the ability to throw to Wr's you cant see will cut down on gamers running around and just launching the football.
  • Simply press that Wr button to look his way and press it again to throw.
With EA only releasing small bits of info cant say it not in already ,but its something thats should be easy to implement. Most importantly its something that can add some serious sim to both NCAA and Madden.

What's to stop people from just running around and pressing the button twice instead of once?

Sounds good

One more thing would be for the ability to pick your primary target preplay

1st I said cut down not stop. If you are throwing to a WR thats not in your vision you wont know what kind of coverage he's facing. EA is already making sure that QB's who throw off balanced or on the run already take a serious hit in accuracy. You couple that with not seeing the coverage on that WR and that should be a incomplete if not pick everytime.

This will also help throwing into the flats because you cant see that area of the field right now its a complete blindspot. Speaking of "blind" if the camera moves to who your viewing that will create a blindside for DE's blitzing LB's ,S's or CB's. Yet another sim feature added. This is everything people like about the passing cones and none of the stuff that people hated!

first tap makes qb turn to target. second tap throws. If you are on the run and you dont have time to square up and look at the target then hold the button to throw... this significantly decreases accuracy

Only problem with doing that is you'd only be throwing bullet passes on the run...a lot of the time when a QB throws on the run its more of a lob pass
