well, it's all web-based and done on a computer. your don't even need the game to create teams. it's free to transfer it over to NCAA 10.

Wow free is a good price. I thought for sure there would be a extra fee of some sort.

no set date, but sometime in June is likely when it will be available. about 6 weeks before the game releases. that could change though, it they run into problems or something.
