Anyone besides me NOT going to use teambuilder?

Teambuilder was needed because it now opens up a larger demographic for NCAA. Think of it from their point of view. It was a no-doubter!!!

I understand your frustration but you are in the minority.

NCAA gave us an endless amount of possibilities to keep the game fresh.

I'm going to use it to create teams such as NDSU or UND and possibly replace a team in the MAC or something if I start a dynasty.

It is somewhat possible for one of them to go to a bigger conference in the near future.

I dont mind it being in and think it is a good feature to have, I just really dont want it to be the sole selling point of this game. Madden gets released a month later and is miles ahead of what NCAA appears to be doing. The combination of Madden looking great and NCAA not being impressive have led to the first time since NCAA 2003 that I have looked forward to Madden more. Regardless I am going to get both, reserved NCAA today. I am just generally unimpressed with what I have seen so far from NCAA.

I would assume so. It was in last years game and I don't see a reason why a team being created would change that. IIRC created teams could switch conferences last gen.

I won't use it. I would have preferred in game saves.

However, after seeing the reaction of the community and the polls done on it, it seems that the majority of people love this feature. It will allow people to create FCS teams, high school teams, whatever. While I won't get anything out of it, I do think it was a great feature to be implemented because it seems a ton of people will love it.

But can I get in-game saves next year please?

Been wanting a CAS feature since they dropped it on Next-gen... Very excited for it. Not only to bring back schools I used to make on last-gen but also to create new unis for current schools in the game.

I understand the game still needs some work. But Im glad to get a feature back that Ive been wanting for a few years now.

I'm only buying this game because of teambuilder. what I don't get is why so many people are equating teambuilder to made up teams? sure that is one aspect of it, but it certainly doesn't stop there. Like smace said there are 650 schools playing football in just this country. Also, it can be used for making updates to all your precious "real" teams. Say at some point in the future your favorite FBS school unveils new uniforms or new alt uniforms or even a new logo. Also, what if your team moves into a new conference or chages the way their field looks? Now you have the ability to accurately represent all that in the game. It really doesn't get much more sim than that. I understand the gameplay needs to be tight in order for the game to really be good, but people who say they have no interest in this feature just baffle me.
