06 will go down as one of NCAA FOOTBALL'S best games because of that feature. However, what also made that great was the composure bubbles (confidence and skill). Bring all these things back and mix it in with scrambled routes and you've got an amazing road game.

I especially liked the feel that this brought to the game, another reason why the last few years it was so hard to really get into it like I would normally.

NCAA '06 was one of my favourite football games of all time!

No one is saying that NFL stadiums don't get as loud or as crazy as college stadiums, they're saying that the crowd doesn't have nearly as much impact on the opposing players in the NFL. With the exception of maybe a rookie who is playing somewhere for the first time, NFL players are much more composed on the road than college kids. Madden could stand to improve the stadium atmosphere some (make the crowd louder, give the home team a slight boost), but it wouldn't make sense to add a HFA feature like in NCAA 06.

Re: Home Field Advantage: Camera Shake... miss it or not?

I'd love to have it back. The camera shaking, the audibles failing, hot routes failing more frequently, controller shaking, squiggly routes, and maybe bring composure back.

This would add so much depth for me. I hate going into a tough top 5 team with a crazy stadium and just feeling like the only difference is that I'm wearing my away jerseys.

I want to look at my schedule and know that I might lose 3 games because they are on the road @ the swamp, @ death valley, and @ neyland or something.

It is just too easy to win on the road now and back then it was a feat.
