Because EA usually sucks at ratings in the first place, even if we got an update, you'd have to retype everyone's names, and then begin another roster fix. You could put out a more accurate version weeks ahead of a bowl update that accurately represents EVERY team in the NCAA, rather than just bowl teams.

Well maily it would take a ton of work for the users to update the rosters. Some people don't relize makeing players names and numbers for 119 different schools is a hugh task and it takes time.
