I could probably figure this out for myself if I did enough research, but I'm wondering if anyone could let me know if there are any spread offenses that utilize a lot of formations with a tight end?

Spread offense play book mainly has WRs. Tight ends are in more of 2 WRs formations like the I formation.

you could try Central Michigan's playbook. I believe they have a lot of shotgun/Ace formations with TEs. the Spread playbook as well.
