Some Additions I Would Love To See

As much as I would love to see this added the NCAA Dev team already made their opinions know on this when talking about FCS teams and Teambuilder.

I saw a video somewhere where they said they will have them in one year but it has not made it to their final list of things to add yet.

Teambuilder is a terribly poor excuse for FCS. You still have to play those generic FCS teams.
So lets go create Villanova and put them in the ACC, how real is that?
Teambuilder is not even kind of a solution for FCS.

Great list op. I miss a lot of those. #2 was called the matchup stick and I really liked it too. Don't know why they removed that. And the player momentum was so much better on the PS2 versions. The last two years on the PS3 allowed players to turn on a dime and have no weight to them. Way too twitchy and arcadey. Players don't feel like football players at all but the developers want greater control of players in NCAA over realism. Madden fine-tuned the momentum but NCAA decided against it.

Don't forget the PS2 had formation subs too.

few things I would like to see(some may or may not be on your list already):

team entrances with player warm-ups and/or highlighting key player/s
post-game celebrations
formation subs
custom playbooks
create-a-play(was in NCAA back around NCAA 2000 or '01)
being able to set a game in dynasty mode to be played at a neutral site.

I'd like to see a new running animation so that the player doesn't ice skate across the field

I'd also like:

New equipment
Formation subs
Coaches on sidelines (its like coaches don't even matter in the game)
ALL STADIUMS
More generic stadiums (for teambuilder of course)
Remove celebrating with mascot
Remove season showdown
Better presentation (pop in the PS2 version and you'll know what I mean)
Bigger rosters
Pro-Tak
Better crowd interaction/models
Team celebrations after touchdowns/games
