Does this annoy anyone else?

They might be able to get away with putting the PS3 created teams onto the PC and then convert them to the Xbox 360. This would eliminate the necesity of a gamertag.

If I were you I would scout out all the made teams right now and see which ones you can find on 360... good luck!

I would do this but seeing as how I don't want it for ps3 and I made 12 teams with almost exact real life counterparts this option doesn't intrigue me.

Omt, i must've missed it if you did so sorry about that but if that could happen that would be great but adam already told me that it is not imminent due to the focus on patches.
