Its probably so that if you have 12 on your console but you wanna bring the team you just made over, you don't have to delete one team to make room. It probably gets annoying after a while.

damn i never checked back in that thread so i didnt see that, thanks. That sucks royally. Now i gotta rethink and reorder things because i had planned to add 25 teams. Now i prob won't even bother finishing the rosters on the 13 extra teams i made since i wont use them most likely. Oh well, they're saved so i can always go back and do the rosters later on down the road if i get tired of the dynasty i'm playing.

That sucks!!!!!!!
