I told you guys a while ago the guy who did the camera said he was going for an either or type of thing and would not be including an option to switch back to the old camera if a new one was devised

Are you sure it wasn't in the demo?

Either way, it's definitely in the retail version, I used it once or twice and it's listed in the manual as well (had to double check myself to make sure I wasn't going crazy!)

Re: NCAA Impressions Up on my Blog....

what level are you playing on? AA or Heisamn?

What are CPU and yours % on pass completion?

Last year almost every QB went over 75% how it`s this year?

My first game was a game between the Velma-Alma Comets and the Ringling Blue Devils...to relive high school glory days. Thanks to my tedious creation ( ) both teams looked awesome. No glitches or anything of the like that I noticed, so we're good on TeamBuilder it looks.
Awesome. That's a big +1 for me. Gotta get those high school and NAIA games goin!

How effective are "set up" plays? I couldn't get a feel for how well these work in the demo. Likewise with the coaching strategy options; how effective are these?
I might just suck at NCAA, but it seems like the adjusting of strategy has a subtle effect on the game. I haven't played with it that much, but I haven't noticed much of a difference when playing. Of course, that could be because I haven't used the feature that much yet.

As far as set-up plays....I've had a few set up at 100% and I didn't execute them when they were. So the good news is: the feature doesn't guarantee success. The bad news? The feature may or may not work as intended if that's the case

Re: NCAA Impressions Up on my Blog....

1. Is passing to the flats still too easy?

2. Is the ratings spread out like Madden ... It deals with roster, but not exacts ...

3. Do crossing routes still work 90% of the time??

Thank You

Re: NCAA Impressions Up on my Blog....

Passing stuff....

So far, passing percentage has actually had a bit more range. I held the Idaho QB to a 55% passing completion percentage, but several have had 60% + days. In my New Mexico State Dynasty, I'm thinking my passing completion % is way high (+70%), but that could very well be because of my offense as I'm not passing a lot and when I do, I seem to set myself up for success and throw short.

As far as money patterns, the flats and crossing routes are still the best routes to complete, but the defense reacts to these a lot better thanks to the better pursuit angles. So just as in real life, you can complete these patterns easier than others, but the defense typically keeps these plays from becoming huge gainers.

I am having a HARD time completing the deep ball as I haven't hit any streaks or posts for +40 yards. However, I have completed several passes at 20-30 yards.

Either way all stats are from AA, I'm not good enough to play on Heisman
