How does progression work in NCAA10? (Performance or Potential)

I'm curious about the progression model in NCAA. I'm pretty sold on buying it, this will put it over the top if this is done well.

How does progression work? Have there been any blogs explaining how it works? Do you progress from week to week? Every few weeks? Only in the offseason?

Thanks OS!

I've never read anything too specific about how they progress, but I believe I read that more prestigious teams will progress faster this year?

i think i heard that the better your team performs (winning wise) the faster your players will progress. not sure if it is week to week or based on your whole season during off-season progression. would be nice to have week to week though for sure.

yeah that would make sense if your team is performing better, than your players should progress faster.

I've seen so much info on Madden about progression and so little about NCAA. Any devs have any input on this? I have high hopes for franchise mode this season. I just want to know some of the underlying details.
