You use the code on the back of the instruction manual. Make sure to enter the hyphens.

So I am trying to search for my team and it is telling me there are no results for my gamertag, any suggestions?

First off, there is a team builder forum.

Secondly, look on the teambuilder web site and make sure your EA account is linked to your 360 gamer tag.
