freezing issue or disk trouble

is freezing a huge issue with this game or could it be my copy's disk, because i've tried four times to play today and it has frozen all four times, all in different places the last time i tried the game froze on the loading screen before you press the start button to begin the game, my other games seem to work so it's not my ps3

I haven't had a freeze yet. I just downloaded it to the hard drive as well, so hopefully i'll get even better performance.

man i didnt even check to see if i could save my game to the ps3 hdd, hey, what is the benifit of doing this anyways?

i had to take mine back and get another copy...it froze during the opening video screen and wouldn't allow me to load the game. bought it at best buy - just put my new copy in and i'm good to go.

the benefit is quicker load times and your disc drive isn't spinning, so its quieter (at least for the 360) often the game plays smoother as well

I've had mine freeze once out of 4 games so far.

I'm keeping a watch on this.

It froze whenI quit a game and went back to the main menu. I jotted down some sliders from here and then I proceeded to the game. I put in all the sliders and tried to return to the game.

I heard Nessler's voice for a brief second before it froze. I turned off the 360 and fired up another game.

I hope it was just a fluke.

try clearing your cache. I had a couple freezes and cleared mine and it hasn't done it in a few games now. Has your 360 RRoD yet? LOl, said I have to say yet.

i've had about 6 freezes (ps3)
