Wats the best way to get tha #1 recruiting class or what team has the best recruiting

What Competition? - Win the 1st year SEC championship with a team moved from the Sun Belt in single team Dynasty Mode.

Do i need to move a team from the Sun Belt to the SEC or get invited to the SEC

You get the #1 ranked recruiting class by getting the #1 ranked recruiting class, that's pretty self-explanatory.

I understand the second one as you need to move a team from the Sun Belt into the SEC and win it in year 1 of your Dynasty with the Sun Belt team that you moved.
