Maybe it's because Oregon is my team and Masoli is only 5'10" but I don't know.

Might be. I am Indiana and both of my QB's are 6-3.....Chappell got hurt so I've been playing with Mitchell Evans but they are the same height.

I just really try hard not to throw the ball when I know I'm getting sacked. Sometimes a lame duck pass will happen a bit before actual contact but those are the ones hitting the ground I guess.

so stop throwing while you are about to be hit....problem solved

Good idea. I'll watch my quarterback in the pocket every play instead of looking for open receivers. WOW you guys are full of great ideas here!

I know what you mean about the defensive line TD's. Also I have see some really bad pursuit angles when the a CPU player tries to tackle a guy who just made an interception. I've a few times where my defenders will instead of trying to tackle the guy, they'll run behind them like their trying to follow him.

In a way he is right though. I mean yes you have to watch for open receivers but you also need to keep an eye on the pocket. Doing both at once is not easy but if you are only looking down field after the snap and not watching the pocket then that would explain your issues IMO.

There is a middle ground to be found.

So are you saying that you have zero pocket awareness.....

Because if an NFL qb kept on getting hit while he threw and his ducks were being returned for td's all the time...

You think he is going to tell the press...Well I can't see defenders around me since i am looking downfield..

LOL.....

Yes. The dlinemen picks on 'duck' balls is the one aspect of this game that I truly can't stand.
