online dynasty conference invites

me and my friend are doing an online dynasty with our cupcake teams from teambuilder and are in the mwc. after two seasons i was able to get my prestige from one star to three stars. i was wondering if you can get conference invites and/or other coaching jobs in online dynasty and if so how long does it take? and what are requirements?

You can't get conference invites or job offerings in ODs

ok thanks. but in offline dynasty if i use my teambuilder team, can i get a conference invite?

yeah a teambuilder team should be able to.

I would really be happy if they changed this for next year. I mean, these aren't HUGE issues (like the progression debacle), but one of the things I do enjoy in dynasty is taking a smaller school into the "big leagues", and then switching jobs every few years when I get bored of one school. I like playing my school into bigger conferences and receiving job offers. I don't understand why these things don't get incorporated into online dynasties too, since they make offline dynasties even more fun.

When they were intorduced in 09 ea's reason for not having it in ODs was because the commish could do it for you. True, but it's not the same.
