How do you run your offline dynasty?

Well, I play as Pitt and I swear there is some sort of bias against the Big East in this game (PS2) and it has been there for years. I just completed my 1st season and finished the regular season 11-1 (6-1), won the Big East (my only loss was to 10-2, 5-2 Rutgers) and was ranked #9. Well, I got gipped out of a BCS Bowl and instead got stuck playing in the Armed Forces Bowwl. The game decided the Big East wasn't good enough for the BCS or something. Well, I beat Notre Dame 34-3 in the Armed Forces Bowl and Finished #6 (Texas beat GT in the NC) then sim through recruiting and get the #40 something class 0 5*, 0 4* recruits. In previous years I've jumped to the ACC and as soon as I do so, I start getting top 20 recruiting classes.

I play every game and do all recruiting.

Use real life schedules for as long as is currently projected.
